What is systemic coaching and why is it right for you and your situation?
Systemic means not looking at the individual, but seeing an individual in interaction with others and their environment. In contrast to analytical counseling or therapy, systems are viewed as a whole. In this way, connections are emphasized and worked out. The coach provides support and assistance in activating the client's resources through his appreciative and non-judgmental attitude.
In systemic coaching, the focus is on the strength and potential that each individual person has. However, it is not always possible to call on these forces in challenging situations and to trust in oneself. Self-confidence and self-reflection are strengthened and manifested in the long term through various questioning techniques and discussion methods.
My personal conviction is that all forms of discussion have their right to exist: therapy, advice, mentoring, coaching, etc. However, there is the perfect form and the right time for every issue.

My methods are based on my master's degree in work and organizational psychology, my IHK-certified systemic coaching training and my further training in positive psychology. Positive psychology is a newer school of psychology, which bases its approaches on humanistic psychology and has many points of contact with resource-oriented psychotherapy. This deliberately non-deficit-oriented discipline concentrates on the positive aspects of being human and focuses on happiness, optimism, individual strengths and much more.
In one or more discussion sessions, we work together to develop strategies for direct implementation in your everyday life.

FAMILY COACHING
The invisible mental load is an issue that affects many young parents, especially mothers, and which has so far received too little attention in our society. Balancing your own happiness and that of each family member is a challenge. In addition, there is the management of the household, pressure from your employer and the demands of the outside world, which overwhelm you more and more.
These burdens grow unnoticed over time and they are difficult to grasp. But what you do know is that you've been feeling tired and drained for a while now. But you don't really know what exactly is too much for you - just that it is. You feel that there is a mental burden affecting you and your partnership since the addition of a child to your family, but you can't really figure out what and how things need to change.
We often find explanations for ourselves as to where the burden comes from - the child sleeps so badly at night or it's all just a phase - but then stay surprised when the alleged burden is lifted and we continue to feel drained. You have been looking forward to your life with your own little family for so long and now you are disappointed again and again why this supposedly beautiful situation is so difficult for you. You put more and more pressure on yourself that you can do it all on your own, as your environment and social media suggest. Lean back, give your thoughts free space and experience how others have mastered situations and actively shape their own future with a positive outlook.
We work together on the topic of mental load in individual sessions or together with other young parents in small groups. You will gain insight into the issues that affect you in your own consciousness, thought and time management. You will also learn how to sort out your everyday life better and involve your partner in your thoughts.

I grew up in business. My many years of professional experience in a male-dominated and tough business world has made me who I am today.
Open, strong, cheeky and creative, I find solutions for managers and teams in workshops and one-to-one meetings that offer added value for both employee and company. My focus is on people, their individual interests and how these can be used in a goal-oriented manner for the benefit of everyone involved
Employee satisfaction and motivation are the central issues in the business world and can only be achieved in the long term through respectful and appreciative interaction, which can and must never be placed above the happiness of the individual. As part of my self-employment, I have been able to advise several start-ups and small to medium-sized companies. Just like many young companies are: all-in-one service providers my work is also characterised by a young, flexible and dynamic attitude adapting to given circumstances.
HR development and associated measures do not have to cost a lot and, with creative approaches, you can achieve just as much, or even more, than expensive large-scale interventions. The focus of many employees has changed significantly in recent years, and companies that act fairly and on an equal footing with their employees are rated well. The long-term retention of satisfied employees who are open to continuous development is a long-term goal of my work. With my service I support potential analysis, development and create individual offers in German or English for employees and employers.
wingwave
Wingwave is a special coaching method that is based on a technique from trauma therapy, the EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) intervention, applied it can bring great relief in just a few sessions. Wingwave detects isolated blockages, replaces the "traumatic experience" with positive feelings and existing neural networks are reconnected. In this special hypno systemic coaching, great success is quickly achieved by experiencing an increase in performance through stress reduction. The procedure, which has been tried and tested over decades, helps people under pressure to perform, to release inner fears and blockages. After just a short period of time, wingwave creates relief, reduces stress and creates a pleasant inner balance.
With a special muscle test, stress triggers are localised by means of specific questions, evoked again in the accompanied coaching session and processed using the EMDR procedure. We then work out solution strategies together, which are based on existing inner resources, whereby we create new positive feelings that you can rely on in similar situations that occur.
The smallest change can have a big effect and get the whole consciousness and world of experience going. CHILDREN, TEACHERS & SCHOOLS
As a practitioner of positive psychology, it is a matter close to my heart to support children in their development. Especially in the early years of life, children are open and explorative enough to be able to recognize and name their feelings. This ability lays a healthy and solid foundation for our emotional life in adulthood. To this end, the 6-Minute Academy, in cooperation with numerous psychologists, has developed a workshop specifically for children of primary school age, which trains skills for emotional intelligence and emotional balance. Essentially, children between the ages of 8 and 10 (3rd and 4th grade) learn self-awareness and compassion, how to consciously deal with their full range of emotions as well as prosocial behavior and mutual appreciation.
Together with my colleague and mindfulness trainer
Kristina Maludy, we have developed a training course on mindful communication specifically for educators and teachers. In our work with numerous clients, we have become aware of the importance of regular reflection and repeated practice with communication experts, the teaching staff. Teachers are in daily exchange and intensive communication with pupils, colleagues and parents, but in the stress of everyday working life, the basics and the focus on mindful interaction are often suppressed. Our work introduces significant and important methods from current research and trains active interaction at work. Mindfulness gives our participants a reflective approach to their own communication behavior.
