Industrial & Organisational Psychologist

Systemic coach (dvct)

wingwave certified

As a working professional and mother of two children,  stress-tested - crisis management is my everyday life!

Through my professional experience as an occupational and organisational psychologist, I managed a personnel development department in the automotive industry for over 12 years, during which time I accompanied and mentored many people on their career path. As a leadership developer and consultant to middle and upper management, I was creative and intuitive in using my strengths to develop and help organisations navigate around the topic of human resources.

My passion lies in working with motivated individuals and groups who want to actively participate in their own development.  A positive attitude can reduce stress in life and especially stress at work in the long term. I work closely with a network of psychologists, coaches and consultants from several sectors and offer my clients holistic counselling according to their needs.

What is my motto in life?

You don't have time to wait for the best moment of your life - make it now!

What do my closest friends say about me?

I am characterised by my zest for life, my unquenched need to get to know other people and to find pragmatically simple but effective solutions.

What is important to me about my work?

I want to encourage you to trust in yourself and your abilities. It is important to me that you feel valued and are in good hands. I listen to you and want us to work on your positive attitude. Our goal is to bring you and your environment into harmony.

What makes me angry?

From my point of view, everyone can help themselves best, but sometimes it is difficult for us to recognise this. As soon as we know what we are lacking, we should tackle it. I respect and support every person who has the will to change - and I want to help. I get angry with ignoramuses who resist change and want to stop others in their development.

What do I expect from my clients?

It takes courage to admit to problems or excessive demands. Coaching is the first step on an exciting path. I want you to implement strategies to cope with your life or work and to gain new insights. Of course, I will accompany you on this path in the best possible way.
